the undrivable roads

Max was telling me the other night about how one of his staff got up on the PMV the other day as the passengers were being jostled around by the potholes and told them - "Who do you think is to blame for these roads? You are. You continue to elect people who do nothing. If you want change then you have got to change the people who are in government. They let the roads get like this because they know you are stupid. They know you are going to vote for them in the next election because you voted for them the time before last. They know they do not have to do anything and you are still going to vote for them. So you are to blame. Unless you are prepared to change your leaders them just shut up and stop complaining about the roads." That was a PNG woman who was talking.
